Nella Scuola Sottufficiali della Marina Militare Italiana di La Maddalena, la formazione \u00e8 incentrata non&nbsp; soltanto sulla conoscenza e sull\u2019uso appropriato degli strumenti tecnologici militari in dotazione (capacit\u00e0 professionale), ma anche sull\u2019innalzamento del livello sociale e culturale dei giovani. La formazione all\u2019esercizio della leadership nell\u2019azione di comando.
